You agree not to use the data for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (credit, employment, insurance or housing decisions). You agree not to text or auto-dial from it (TCPA), and to follow CAN-SPAM in your own emails. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled any time. The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months.
